We create/offer an open platform for all those who appreciate and wish to experience the underwater world

The EDC is an international association and is open to all divers.

The EDC currently charges an annual fee of only €20 for individual membership (without insurance cover) and offers reasonable family rates. If insurance cover is required (VDST), the membership fee is increased accordingly.

Members of the EDC include divers of all ages and training levels. Everybody is most welcome to join us!

A number of diving instructors are responsible for training and advanced training of interested members and professionally ensure that certificates can be acquired from beginner courses to training as a professional (diving instructor).

The aim of the EDC is to extend its active training locations in order to give its members the opportunity to consolidate and extend their training as easily as possible.

We offer interesting workshops and traditional special courses on various topics such as marine biology, free diving for beginners and the advanced, diving in sea grottoes and mountain lakes, technical diving and so on. Our members take part at a reduced price.

Our members have advantages at our associated diving centres and diving shops.

The members of the EDC can easily contact each other and arrange to meet at diving events.
